    The Punjab Accountants Association has arranged various debates, discussions and meetings for the general awareness of its members successfully. In the past, we discussed about latest issues related to Accountancy and allied matters at regular intervals, not only in normal times, but also during the pandemic effected difficult times. The Association has raised many concerns related to our Profession before the Government through various Representations and received positive results. The same flow of meetings and representations will also continue in future also.
    Principal Objective of the Association is to strive for the development and growth of Accounts Professionals, create financial and technical awareness among the members of this Association. We work for the welfare of Accountants, employees (engaged part-time or full-time), employers. We create legal awareness and provide assistance to the needy members. We look into and try to solve problems of its members by constant discussions, debates among each other and engage them in work to generate more income for them.

    Of course. Very nominal Membership Fees is fixed. Initially, it is Rs.250/- per member. Taking into consideration the constant lockdowns everywhere due to pandemic, Membership of each member is valid upto 31st March, 2023.
    Advise the Executive/Governing Body of your local Association/Society/Union to get affiliated with the main Apex Body, i.e. The Punjab Accountants Association. It's easy.

    The Punjab Accountants Association is going to provide Certificate of Membership and Identity Cards to all of its members. This way, the Accountants who work on part-time or full-time basis will be identified with a unique professional status.

    Basically, as is apparent from its name, the area of operation of The Punjab Accountants Association is all Punjab. However, we'll welcome other Associations/Societies/Unions of Accountants from other Districts/Towns of surrounding States, e.g. Haryana, Himachal Pardesh, Chandigarh (UT) and/or J&K.
    Any new local Association/Union or Society can get affiliation to Punjab body by depositing One Time Rs.2100/- as Affiliation Fees. Once Affiliation Fees deposited is non-refundable. Thereafter, the local Association/Union or the Society will be called as District Unit under the aegis of The Punjab Accountants Association. Such affiliation will have to be validated by further depositing a sum of Rs.2000/- as Annual Subscription.
    No. Any Affiliation Fees or Annual Subscription deposited with the Punjab Accountants Association is in no case refundable. Moreover, any Annual Subscription deposited by the District Unit will be valid upto the 31st day of March (next year).
    No. Any Membership Fees or Delegation Fees deposited with the Punjab Accountants Association is in no case refundable.
