On this occasion, Dr. Kuldip Singh told the newspersons that we feel proud that the world's first-ever book is written and published by Rajesh Kumar belongs to our city Mansa. CA Ravinder Kumar Jindal said, the book explains every feeling of pandemic-stricken people. The author has tried to remove every phobic disorder among the people. He has also retrenched the rumours through his book, the "Corona-Kaal".
