Ludhiana (29 May 2022) : The Punjab Accountants Association (TPAA) organized a successful Seminar on Subsidies and Incentives at hotel Regal Blue. The Subsidies expertise CA Nipan Bansal and his team, CA Deepinder Kaur and CA Mayank Jindal elaborated the different schemes launched by Central and State governments. CA Nipan Bansal told the members that most of the industrialists and traders even, have got no deep knowledge of such schemes. He urged the Accounts Professionals to expand your sphere of knowledge and profession towards these fields also apart from accounting and auditing.
The event was the General Body's meeting of TPAA, which was hosted by Ludhiana Accountants Welfare Association (LAWA) with the tremendous efforts and passion of Shri Naresh Chalotra and his team, wherein more than 60 delegates from different districts participated.with zeal and fervour. The 'Master of Ceremony' Shri Ramesh Gaba welcomed TPAA President Shri Dharminder Sikka and all delegates from almost all the nooks and corners from Punjab.
General Secretary TPAA Shri Varinder Sharma conducted the proceedings of General Meeting. Shri Rajesh Kumar from Mansa suggested, our Association should make an effecting Representation to the Union Finance Minister to fix the dates of filing ITRs and TARs for all the time. Preferably, it should be on 31st August and 31st October, because all the professionals remain busy in preparing GSTR9 & GSTR9C. Shri Sanjeev Gupta, Chairman Pathankot Association, suggested to deal with Punjab State Development Tax (PSDT), our Association should coordinate with the Traders' Association throughout Punjab. He said, it will be an effective step. Shri Ashwani Kaura from Nawanshehr suggested, we should make representation to the Punjab Government to make an easy process in regard to PSDT. He told the House that GST department is serving notices under ASMT-10 with regard to verification of ITC claims, we should take immediate note of it. Shri Kapil Bajaj brought the incidence of two CAs arrest in Gurgaon into the notice of House. He further told that till date, the bail of said CAs has not been accepted by the court. He reminded the members that if any professional works, he always work for and on behalf of his client. He attach documents of his clients, signatures of clients, then how, the professional can be held responsible for the fault of his client. Shri Bajaj proposed all members to prepare an undertaking or a declaration to be obtained from his client before initiation of any job.
Apart from the General Meeting, LAWA presented a renowned Vastu Shastri and a motivational speaker Pandit Mani Dutt Sharma, who introduced many a tips to live an easy life by human being. Really, very interesting tips.
Patron and founded President of LAWA Shri Sanjeev Verma suggested the delegates that they must register themselves with ESI scheme through one of their employer/client. It is much beneficial than other schemes for we like professionals. He also urged to string together to the environment and nature. Shri Ravi Sharma, Sr. Vice President of LAWA appreciated the zestful passions of members. Shri Hemant Sharma, President Nakodar unit, who is also Councilor of Nakodar area thanked CA Nipan Bansal, his team and Pandit Mani Dutt Sharma for sparing their valuable time for our Association. He also motivated the delegates to keep such spirit high for all the times.
